By using thisweek.menu you agree to these Terms. The app is not released yet; it will come with its own terms.

2. Intellectual property

Menu This Week, including its name, design and content, is the intellectual property of Plot Network Inc.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, TestFlight and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

3. No warranty

This site is provided “as is.” Joining the TestFlight list does not guarantee a place in the beta.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Plot Network Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

5. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the new Terms.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction still apply.
